Ways I Can Support You

  • Life can feel heavy and overwhelming, especially when past experiences or trauma affect your emotions and body. In individual therapy, we create a safe space to explore and honor your story, process developmental or acute trauma, and reconnect with your inherent value, strengths, and purpose. Through this mind-body work, you can retrain your nervous system, release chronic patterns, and feel more grounded, while deepening your connection with God and others and moving through life with greater presence, clarity, and resilience.

  • Relationships, especially marriage, are powerful places where old patterns can be healed and attachment wounds transformed. There is immense potential in this work to help partners relate more authentically to themselves and one another. When couples experience trust, attunement, and emotional safety in real time, old stress responses ease and new, healthier ways of connecting begin to emerge. In our work together, I help partners slow down, truly hear one another, and break cycles of conflict so they can build deeper connection, intimacy, and a relationship that feels secure, resilient, and life-giving for both people. For couples work, I use the Emotionally Focused Therapy model.

  • There is something deeply healing about realizing you don’t have to carry things alone. This group is for anyone wanting to learn more about the mind-body connection, grow in somatic awareness, and better understand how their nervous system responds to stress and emotion. Together, we’ll build community, share parts of our stories, and gently push back against the lie that we are alone in our struggles. Through guided conversation, reflection, and practical tools, this group offers a supportive space to learn, connect, and nurture both your body and mind toward healing.

Working With Me Will Be a Good Match If:

  • You’re open to the idea that the mind and body are deeply connected.

  • You are curious about the neuroscience of how symptoms can be caused by the brain.

  • You prefer to get to the root of what’s going on rather just manage surface-level symptoms.

  • You’re ready to explore the coping patterns that once protected you but may no longer serve you, and to approach those parts of yourself with compassion and care.

  • You want to strengthen your emotional bond with your partner and are willing to explore the deeper feelings and attachment needs that shape how you both connect.
